.This privacy policy applies to all of Giggig unless explicty stated otherwise. It does not however apply to entities that Giggig does not own or control, such as authentication services like Facebook and Twitter.
If you are under the age of 16, we strongly discourage you from providing personal and potentially identifiable information, and require you check with a parent/guardian before providing any potentially identifiable information, this includes attempting to authenticate with Facebook or Twitter.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, will attempt to delete that information as quickly as possible. information we may collect and why we collect it
When you login to the site via Facebook or Twitter we may collect your public information including Name, Gender etc and your email address and may at times also collect your IP address and browser's user agent. We collect this information to help personalise your experience on our website, notify you of product updates and respond to any abuse that may occur. For example we may be able to stop your account from being compromised from a through the use of IP Geo Location, and may be able to provide this information to you or law enforcement in the event your account becomes compromised.

How we protect your information
We are committed to keeping your information secure. We keep your account information on a secured server and never store any passwords in clear text we use Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) as published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology; to hash any passwords that we need to store, as well as making use of a random salt to prevent these hashes from being attacked via rainbow tables.

We never have access to your Facebook or Twitter password. We will never see your private Facebook photos/videos, friends list, phone numbers or wall posts. Or your private Twitter Updates, Lists, or Followers.
Giggig will not store information on how you use our software products, without your explicit permission.
